Solid metal vintage potato masher.  If you collect potato mashers we can't find another one like it on the Internet. The only marking is the letter “C” centered in a shield shape on the face of  the masher head. This vintage potato masher is solid metal that was plated in earlier days.  Much of the original plating is gone to reveal the casting marks on the base metal. The total length is 9 inches with the head diameter of 2 7/8 inches.  It weighs 0.4 lbs.
