SHIPPING POLICY

We normally ship all our packages via USPS. Orders usually ship out in 2 to 3 business days. Because our products are each unique, one-of-a-kind, objects collected by sensitive persons from around the world, some pieces may not be immediately available. These special order items may take longer. We will contact you in the event of a delay.

Yulemshop.com reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

All shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process. Additional charges will apply to international orders as well as orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, AA, AE, or AP addresses, and any territory outside the continental U.S. Please contact us using the Contact Us link for a quote.

Rush Delivery

You may choose to have your order expedited via next day or 2nd day service. Please contact us using the Contact Us link to arrange for rush delivery.

Delivery Surcharge

Especially large items are more expensive to ship because of their weight and size. There is a delivery surcharge for these items. Please contact us using the Contact Us link for a quote.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us within 10 days of receipt using the Contact Us link. You will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) to your email address of record. After you obtain a RMA# you may return or exchange the merchandise using the same shipping method by which you received the item. Yulemshop.com cannot refund the initial shipping charges or the price of the return or exchange shipping.

Follow these steps to return an item:

  • Request an RMA# within 10 days of the receipt of item. Requests received after 10 days will not be granted.

  • Using the Contact Us link request an RMA# by providing the following information.

    • Your complete name as it appears on the Invoice included with your item.

    • The Order Number from the Invoice.

    • Your email address

    • The reason for returning the item. (See shipping damage note below.)

  • After you have received an RMA# from Yulemshop.com repack the item as it was originally packed.

  • Include inside the package a note containing the RMA#.

  • Correctly address the package and ship to:

  • Be sure to insure the package to protect yourself.

  • All return packages must be postmarked within 5 days of the receipt of RMA#.

Shipping Damage Note

Insure your item during shipping to protect yourself!

Yulemshop.com will carefully pack every item to insure safe deliver under normal circumstances. Therefore items damaged by the shipper or the shipping process CANNOT be returned to Yulemshop.com. Claims for damaged items should be made directly to the shipper or their appropriate affiliate. If you or the shipper wish to dispute the packing do so using the Contact Us link.
